Job summary

Landscape East & West is seeking a landscape construction/installation crew member with 1.5+ years of landscaping and/or construction experience to join our team and tackle large, complex projects.

You will read plans, operate equipment and coordinate with crew leaders to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces across our Wisconsin and Oregon locations.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding landscape plan drawings.
• Experience with landscape construction and install tasks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate trucks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demolish existing landscape, perform site prep and grading.
• Install drainage, irrigation, and hardscape elements per plan.
• Plant, install lighting and other landscape features.
• Communicate with Crew Leader and Project Manager throughout tasks.
