Job summary

Landscape East & West is seeking a landscape construction/installation foreman with 7+ years of experience to lead on-site crews and deliver complex outdoor projects. You will read plans, supervise work, and coordinate with the project manager while operating essential equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to train new crew members.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of landscape construction experience.
• 3-5 years leading landscape construction crew.
• Ability to read and understand plan drawings.
• Plant identification.
• Valid, insurable driver's license.
• Bilingual English & Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Demo existing landscape, site prep and grading.
• Drainage installation, irrigation, hardscape installation (natural stone, concrete pavers).
• Plantings and lighting per landscape plan.
• Communicate with the project manager and direct crew on site.
• Assist with training new crew members.
• Complete equipment and vehicle inspections; operate truck and trailer.
