Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Mason Crew Member to bring landscape designs to life by constructing hardscape features such as bricks, blocks, and stones. You will collaborate with a Crew Lead to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and to high-quality standards across our nationwide locations.

The role requires 1+ year of flatwork or masonry experience, ability to operate equipment like skid steers and mini excavators, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven work experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout.
• Must be able to operate construction equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, and loaders.
• Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers.
• Reliability is necessary.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several tasks at a time.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Follow layout plans and project specifications from crew leader.
• Lay and align materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other materials.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools, adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to achieve high standard in appearance.
• Effective communication with Crew Lead and team members to meet project deadlines.
