The role blends CRM management, site coordination, and excellent communication to ensure client satisfaction. You will maintain CRM and bidding processes, oversee project details with production, and participate in budget and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Extensive landscape knowledge: site analysis, grading, drainage, plant selection, hardscape.
• Experience delivering great client experiences through service.
• Must hold a Class C license with 3+ years of safe driving.
• Ability to learn CRM and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM notes, contacts and calls daily.
• Assist in sales protocol development and implementation.
• Track upcoming jobs to bid with clients.
• Close sales and coordinate job specifics with production.
• Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Inform clients on job progress and updates.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet expectations and stay on schedule.
• Verify vendor pricing matches bids.
• Assist in developing annual budget and new business plan.
• Conduct monthly site walk-throughs and document discrepancies.
• Ensure all company quality standards are met.
• Maintain updated contracts for all clients.
