Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee the complete maintenance cycle of landscape projects.
• Schedule and prioritize workload to meet client expectations and optimize resources.
• Communicate with Branch Manager about concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Review and approve Client Contracts.
• Set long-term schedules and ensure production alignment.
• Ensure crews have equipment and assets are maintained.
• Ensure jobs are turned complete in Aspire for billing/processing.
• Coordinate maintenance crews each morning and review weekly goals.
