Rossen Landscape, a premier high-end residential landscape company in the DC metro area, is seeking a Residential Landscape Account Manager in Sterling, VA. You will manage client relationships, coordinate maintenance and services, and leverage CRM tools to deliver exceptional experiences.

We value detail, problem solving, and teamwork. The role offers base compensation in the $60,000–$80,000 range plus incentives, with full-time exempt status and benefits.

Competenze

• 3 years of landscaping experience
• Customer service and sales background
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• LMA experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving

Mansioni

• Maintain customer relationships using CRM tools
• Process maintenance requests based on client feedback
• Identify opportunities for property enhancements
• Estimate sales charges and handle billing
• Ensure projects are delivered as promised
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
• Inspect and report on service performance
