Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts, identify enhancement opportunities, support snow services, and work with production teams to ensure superior results. Strong turf care and horticulture knowledge, plus a pesticide applicator license, are valued

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance account management or sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of turf care, horticulture, and plant identification.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and generate enhancement sales.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMN (or Aspire).
• Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Identify, estimate, and sell landscape enhancements and additional services.
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality control site visits.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, change orders, and renewals.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and client retention goals.
• Prospect and develop new maintenance and snow service opportunities.
• Snow duties as assigned.
• Support business development and execution of commercial snow and ice management services.
• Uphold WDL's quality, safety, and best practices standards.
