Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Goleta, CA to oversee branch operations, sales, customer relations, and financial performance. You will lead safety-compliant operations, develop staff, and drive growth through strategic planning and client development.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping/services, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping/operations or a service-based industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and understand financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance practices.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the delivery of operational services and supervise teams to ensure high-quality performance.
• Maintain branch facilities, assets, and equipment to provide a professional, safe environment.
• Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and accountability of tools and resources.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet growth targets.
• Manage and support the sales team to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Participate in local marketing efforts and networking to expand brand visibility.
