Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations, including safety, efficiency, customer service, and profitability. This leadership role drives growth through strategic sales management and client relations while recruiting, training, and managing branch staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or related services.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and read financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the delivery of operational services and supervise teams to ensure high-quality performance.
• Maintain branch facilities, assets, and equipment to provide a professional, safe environment.
• Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and accountability of tools and resources.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet growth targets.
• Manage and support the sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Participate in local marketing, events, and networking to expand brand visibility.
