Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscaping or construction bid processes.
• Ability to read plans and identify scope for takeoffs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial construction projects and key decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a master database of active GC contacts.
• Prepare and submit complete bid packages on time.
• Transition won work to operations with full scope documentation.
