This role focuses on identifying and securing business opportunities while nurturing client relationships. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in marketing or business development, with strong communication skills and landscape knowledge. The position offers a full-time employment structure with salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 plus bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in marketing, brand management and/or business development.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must possess organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Landscape essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in the company coverage area.
• Follow up on sales/project leads to secure new business.
• Establish long-term relationships with clients to increase presence.
• Prepare and present client proposals and generate estimates.
• Work closely with managers to meet goals for accounts.

Skills

5+ years experience in marketing, brand management and/or business development

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM applications

Organizational and time management skills

A valid drivers' license
