BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Business Developer to expand market presence across a large territory, driving profitable growth and managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.

This role emphasizes building relationships with prospects and clients, forecasting KPIs, and using consultative selling to demonstrate BrightView’s value while traveling as needed and coordinating with operations, finance, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Discover customer pain points and develop solutions.
• Forecast sales deliverables and KPIs.
• Achieve sales goals and work independently.
• Perform sales prospecting using consultative techniques to build relationships; marketing; pricing.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, presentations, demos, and negotiate contracts with minimal supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of BrightView services.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Plan daily activities to hit benchmarks and close business.
• Log activity in CRM (Salesforce).
• Work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Communicate with all decision makers and influencers.
