Job summary

You will produce detailed design packages, ensure code compliance, manage budgets and timelines, and work closely with clients, engineers, and consultants. This role offers ownership of projects, mentorship of junior staff, and opportunities to work across the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in landscape architecture.
• Good understanding of code and compliance across different levels.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Good time management and organization.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through construction and final delivery.
• Produce detailed design packages including site analysis, renderings, and construction documents.
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and national codes and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall delivery.
• Work closely with clients throughout the design and build process.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and other consultants to resolve site challenges.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Prepare permit applications and oversee approvals.
