Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, consultants, and staff.
• Design, develop, modify, and review drawings and specifications for landscape architecture, municipal, and land development projects; oversee fieldwork and construction.
• Assist in preparing and quality controlling plans, specifications, and permit documents.
• Provide technical information to Project Managers for project specifications.
• Perform plan drafting using CADD software.
• Develop solutions to technical and design problems.
• Maintain compliance with relevant rules and codes.
• Obtain permits as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and public hearings.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Experience

• Rendering/Presentation skills: Sketch-up, Adobe Suite, Land FX, Hand drawing
• Software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D
• Design expertise: Grading, Stormwater Management, Utilities, Master Planning
• Permitting and Construction Inspection
• Plan Production: Setup, Sheet Preparation, Redline Revisions
• 3D modeling, ADA compliance, Quantity Takeoffs

This Opportunity Requires

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

License/Certification

• Professional Landscape Architect license
• LEED certification (preferred)
• AICP certification (a bonus)
