Founded by two UW-Madison Alumni, our apartments are naturally located in the heart of downtown Madison and we focus on UW Madison housing.
43 North Apartments provides premier apartment locations to our residents, while maximizing the value and affordability we offer. 43 North Apartments has affordable apartments Downtown Madison (ranging from one to five bedrooms) that comprise of ranging unit amenities and varying price points for all residents. We take pride in resident satisfaction through proactive property management, building security, building maintenance, and general apartment cleanliness.

1Position Summary/Job Duties:
43 North Apartments, a real estate firm in downtown Madison, is seeking a reliable and hard working individual tolead our exterior building maintenance efforts and general maintenance department for 6-10 hours per week. Job responsibilities will revolve around two major categories and tasks can be completed using a flexible schedule:
Exterior Maintenance:
Mulching, Weeding, trim lawns using weed whacker, and mow building locations downtown Madison (all walking distance from each other). Exterior maintenance shall be performed on a recurring basis to ensure exterior cleanliness exceeds tenant expectations.
General Maintenance:
Assist in some light building maintenance as directed. Tasks may include replacing light bulbs, sweeping hallways, etc. No prior experience necessary.
Equiptment: All Equiptment will be supplied by 43 North Apartments
Qualifications:
No prior qualificiations required. We are looking for a responsible and hard working individual.
