A well-established agronomy services provider in South Centaral Pennsylvania is seeking a Sales Agronomist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a customer-focused environment where your agronomic expertise and relationship-building skills will help support local growers and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers in the assigned territory (will take over a large book of business)
  • Provide agronomic support, product recommendations, and precision ag solutions.
  • Sell a full portfolio of seed, crop protection, fertilizer, and specialty products.
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations teams to deliver solutions.
  • Stay current on agronomic trends, new technologies, and best practices.
  • Represent the company at grower meetings, field days, and industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in agronomy sales, crop consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of crop production, pest management, and soil fertility.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently.
  • CCA certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.
