LandCare LLC is seeking a high-impact team member to manage existing client relationships, develop new business, and identify networking opportunities. You will partner with the Branch and Production Managers to align client objectives with operations, driving sustainable, high-quality landscape projects.

The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, delivering clear proposals, and contributing to LandCare's culture and growth in the Fort Worth area.

Formación

• Experience in client services and business development.
• Ability to create proposals, contracts and estimates that meet client objectives.
• Strong communication between client and production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client needs.
• Provide excellent service with problem-solving focus.
• Promote high standards for service, safety and LandCare culture.
• Coordinate between client expectations and production reality.
• Maintain Landscape Quality Audit process with Production Manager.
• Develop client proposals, contracts and recommendations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and networking events.
• Engage with property owners who value thoughtfully designed landscapes.
• Support sustainable landscape solutions for clients and the planet.
