Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership (landscaping preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and oversee field operations
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet or exceed service expectations
• Lead and participate in site walk-throughs and quality reviews
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching field crews
• Maintain client records and ensure timely account renewals
