Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Colorado Springs seeks an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships, promoting client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary services. You will oversee field operations and coordinate with the branch team to deliver high-quality service.

You will identify upsell opportunities, develop estimates, and deliver timely proposals while traveling to sites and maintaining strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and communications.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure service expectations are met.
• Lead and facilitate the resolution of client concerns or issues.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor accounts receivable.
• Promote safety policies and procedures across teams.
• Assist Branch Manager with leadership of the branch and meetings.
