Signature Landscape in Kansas is seeking an Account Manager to build and foster relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. You will present property-improvement recommendations, manage all client communications, and actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify properties within budget.

You will maintain client/site visit schedules, lead in resolving issues, and drive revenue, profitability, and contract renewals, while exceeding company goals as a proactive,

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a leader
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation
