Job summary

ALM Commercial Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Crew & Drivers to join our Decatur office and service both commercial and residential clients. Drivers must have a valid license and clean record, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen; positions are full-time with weekly payroll and benefits.

• 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience preferred; training available.
• Must be at least 18 years old; drivers must be 21.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk 10+ miles per day.

• Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
• Hand pulling weeds
• Picking up trash and yard debris
• Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings
• Drivers Only - Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members

ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching forLandscape Crew & Driversto perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients to join our new Decatur office! Our Driver's must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 yrs of age
• Drivers Only-Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of age
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
