Job summary

Hive + Co. seeks a Customer and Community Liaison to represent landowners affected by transmission projects. You will nurture landowner relationships, manage property communications, and document concerns throughout development, construction, and restoration stages.

You will work with planning, engineering, legal, and outreach teams to ensure timely, clear information and strong stakeholder engagement. A proactive advocate for landowner experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3 years of stakeholder engagement or related experience.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
