• Must be able to travel to field sites and meet landowners.
• Experience explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate agreements within approved authority.

Responsabilités

• Perform landowner outreach and field meetings.
• Review exhibits, parcel data, route details, surveys and work descriptions for accuracy.
• Negotiate easements and access rights within approved limits.
• Maintain accurate contact notes, acquisition updates, and closeout records.
• Coordinate document execution and ensure complete agreement packages.
• Support route walks, staking requests, and tract visits in Lee County and surrounding areas.
