Qualifications

• Background in journalism, PR, communications, English, or a related field.
• Excellent written English.
• Ability to translate complex topics into plain language.
• Comfortable engaging with communities and addressing questions clearly.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with management.

Responsibilities

• Write FAQs, emails, website updates, social media posts, and fact sheets.
• Research topics and ensure information accuracy with the team.
