Hive + Co (formerly Level) is seeking a Customer and Community Liaison for Fort Wayne or Avilla, IN. This 1-year contract role serves landowners and community stakeholders impacted by electric transmission projects, with frequent local and regional travel and collaboration across project teams.

The ideal candidate will excel in relationship-building, communication, and conflict resolution, ensuring landowners feel heard and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; 3+ years in stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for landowners throughout project development, easement, construction, and restoration.
• Coordinate landowner communications with internal project teams to address concerns and commitments.
• Build relationships with local organizations, chambers of commerce, farm groups, and community stakeholders.
• Document landowner and community interactions, concerns, commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, environmental, legal, and right‑of‑way teams to resolve issues.
