The ideal candidate has 3+ years of landlord-tenant eviction litigation, California Bar admission in good standing, and excellent writing and communication skills.

Position Title: Landlord-tenant/Eviction Litigator

Step into a hands-on litigation role with a respected San Francisco firm where attorneys can build meaningful client relationships, take ownership of their cases, and work closely with experienced partners. This attorney will handle a caseload of approximately 10-20 matters, primarily involving landlord-tenant disputes and evictions, with responsibilities spanning client intake, retainers, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court appearances. You'll work directly with Partner and play a key role in delivering thoughtful, effective representation to clients. They're looking for a reliable, articulate attorney who brings strong writing and communication skills and at least 3 years of landlord-tenant and eviction litigation experience.

Salary:

$120,000 / Year

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 10-20 landlord-tenant and eviction matters
• Represent primarily landlords with occasional tenant representation
• Handle litigation from case intake through resolution
