Location

Hybrid role based in Downtown Los Angeles, with in‑office work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and remote work every Wednesday.

Job Description

• Manage a full caseload of habitability matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct client interviews, investigations, discovery, depositions, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with increasing autonomy
• Appear in court for hearings and procedural matters
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high‑value cases
• Maintain consistent, compassionate communication with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to build strong case strategies

Qualifications

• Active and good‑standing California State Bar license
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience
• Background in personal injury, employment, landlord‑tenant, or related litigation preferred
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and independently handle case responsibilities
