Boutique Recruiting in San Francisco is seeking a Landlord-tenant/Eviction Litigator to join a hands-on, relationship-driven firm. You will manage a caseload of 10-20 matters, handling intake, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court appearances under Partner supervision.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of landlord-tenant eviction litigation, California Bar admission in good standing, and excellent writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• California Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of landlord-tenant and eviction litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of California landlord-tenant law and eviction proceedings.
• Proven courtroom and litigation experience.
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple active matters.
• Strong client-service skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10-20 landlord-tenant and eviction matters.
• Represent primarily landlords with occasional tenant representation.
• Handle litigation from case intake through resolution.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Meet with new clients, sign engagements, and secure retainers.
• Handle select real estate litigation matters.
• Work closely with Partner on active litigation matters.
