Job summary

The Landlord Liaison position supports Couleecap’s mission by engaging with local landlords, promoting the Landlord Liaison Program, and coordinating housing options for clients within the Coulee Collaborative to End Homelessness. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Real Estate or related field preferred; minimum associate degree considered.
• Minimum 25–48 months experience in real estate, property management, communications, or with vulnerable populations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; ability to write routine reports and speak before groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of local rental landscape, landlord-tenant law, and subsidized housing programs.
• Attend local case conferencing meetings to coordinate housing placements with service providers.
• Promote and market the Landlord Liaison Program through materials and community presentations.
• Build relationships with landlords and facilitate lease negotiations and tenant interactions.
• Maintain inventory of available units with detailed information and manage a centralized hotline for landlords.
