Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• At least three years of general office experience in program administration, housing services, or related fields.
• Experience in public housing authority operations, property management, non-profit organizations, or government agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to landlords through meetings, presentations, and community networking events.
• Develop and maintain connections with landlords to increase housing access for homeless youth, families, and individuals.
• Coordinate outreach efforts with local partners such as apartment associations and tenant councils.
• Organize and lead information sessions and seminars for landlords and tenants on topics like landlord-tenant law and voucher programs.
• Maintain HMIS and other housing program databases to support referrals and eligibility.
