Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Burbank, CA is seeking a Customer Account Manager - Landing Solutions to own the full commercial lifecycle with OEM customers, drive top and bottom-line growth, and translate Voice of the Customer into actions across functions.

You will negotiate major contracts, coordinate with Demand Management, forecast demand, and mentor team members while traveling up to 25% to meet customers and site visits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in business management, program management, sales & marketing or strategic partnering in an aerospace environment.
• Ability to form and maintain relationships with customer representatives at all levels and negotiate large contracts.
• Experience with the product development lifecycle, lean principles, and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate major business agreements, LTAs, pricing and contract changes.
• Initiate contract requirements flow-down to functional groups.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance.
