Job summary

You will lead contract negotiations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and monitor performance against commitments while advocating for the customer voice.

The role demands 5–10 years in aerospace business management or related fields, strong negotiation, and deep understanding of the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in business management or sales within aerospace, leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to negotiate large contracts and LTAs.
• Experience across the product development lifecycle; understanding lean principles and financial metrics, pricing & forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate major business agreements and contract changes.
• Flow down contract requirements to functional groups and monitor performance.
• Forecast sales and coordinate with Demand Management/Forecasting on customer requirements.
• Track and recover customer claims and mediate disputes.
• Collaborate with OEM team and Finance to build winning business cases.
