Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related experience, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Stormwater certification required at hire or within 90 days.
• Class B CDL valid in Utah within 6 months of hire.
• UDOT Medical Card current at hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff: hire, orient, train, schedule, review performance, and administer discipline.
• Analyze operational needs; develop and implement objectives, procedures, and work standards.
• Schedule staff and resources for daily landfill operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and permit requirements.
• Oversee equipment and facility maintenance; recommend replacements.
• Monitor budgets and control operating expenses.
