Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; five (5) years of Class I or Class III landfill experience or equivalent combo.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff in outdoor conditions.
• Knowledge of environmental, safety, and regulatory standards for landfills.
• Experience with landfilling operations, grading and waste classification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Landfill Foreman in daily supervision and coordination of landfill operations.
• Manage daily staffing needs, scheduling, and incident documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations; monitor waste placement and cover.
• Operate and coordinate landfill equipment and maintenance; prepare reports and records.
