Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Landfill in West Memphis, AR to supervise Lead Operators, Operators and General Laborers, ensuring fill sequencing, density goals and permit compliance. You will drive safety, customer experience and efficiency while collaborating with the Operations Manager and General Manager to meet budget targets.

Qualifications

• Lead a large staff and supervise Lead Operators, Operators and Laborers.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers that meets or exceeds expectations.
