Job summary

Republic Services, a leader in environmental services, is hiring a Laborer to perform general labor duties at hauling, transfer, recycling centers or landfills. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency while supporting yard clean-up, fueling, equipment operation, and basic site maintenance.

You will help keep sites clean and organized, assist with minor repairs, and follow directions to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform assigned labor duties at hauling sites.
• Clean up work areas and yard debris.
• Fuel vehicles and equipment and operate general site vehicles.
• Maintain and repair general office areas; paint and janitorial tasks.
• Install temporary wind fences and direct traffic at the site as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
