Salt River Landfill in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to safely run landfill machinery and help manage daily waste operations. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, operate a range of equipment, and support dust control and cover work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening.
• Insurability and clean driving record per policy.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate heavy equipment including waste compactor, bulldozer, wheel loader, and grader.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and minor servicing.
• Monitor incoming waste for unacceptable materials.
• Keep equipment clean, serviced, and stored after each shift.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
