About the position

The role involves training, mentoring, and evaluating survey technicians and Crew Chief I's to ensure team coordination and effectiveness. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning. Deep knowledge of advanced surveying technology and substantial field experience are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of surveying experience, including leadership or supervisory roles
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, etc.
• Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment
• Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record
