About The Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating survey technicians and Crew Chief I's, ensuring team coordination and effectiveness. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and extensive field experience with advanced surveying technology are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of surveying experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience in construction staking, boundary, topography, etc.
• Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record.
