Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordinate land opportunities from feasibility to close. You will interface with escrow and title companies, brokers, attorneys, and consultants, manage due diligence budgets, and ensure timely payments while maintaining market research files.

The role requires 3-5 years in real estate or land development, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel; JD Edwards is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with a home-builder, developer, or real estate-related company.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent math, written, and oral communication skills.
• Unrestricted motor vehicle license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; JD Edwards experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to department managers.
• Maintain and organize land acquisition files and track land opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating with legal counsel, architects, brokers, and consultants during acquisitions.
• Monitor and maintain deposit payments and escrow schedules.
• Track due diligence budgets and expedite invoice payments.
• Assemble and distribute feasibility folders and collateral materials (aerial photos, maps, exhibits).
• Coordinate market research and liaise with escrow and title companies for new acquisitions.
• Prepare and execute close-out documents and maintain escrow/title records.
