Lennar is seeking a Land Acquisitions Manager to support land acquisition targets and development opportunities. You will engage brokers and landowners, manage due diligence, and coordinate with the VP of Land to keep the five-year plan current.

Responsibilities include rezoning support, meetings with officials, and maintaining contract files, market analyses, and reports. Strong negotiations, real estate knowledge, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business/engineering/accounting/finance or related field.
• Proficient in word-processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, and data management software.
• Knowledge of sales/negotiating principles and real estate.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Identify potential land acquisition targets via tax maps, brokers, and landowners.
• Facilitate due diligence and schedule activities for contracts through Greenbook with VP of Land.
• Attend meetings with government officials, engineers, and homeowners; assist rezoning.
• Maintain reports, contract summaries, and market analyses; manage division files.
• Negotiate terms of purchase agreements with outside attorneys and regional counsel.
