JOB SUMMARY

Rugged Development Services is looking for an additional Project Manager to assist with its field operations. Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow, and development trades in accordance with ownership’s goals
  • Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance
  • Manage trade bidding and contracting efforts
  • Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans and plats for project coordination and accuracy. Check availability and location of all utilities, including sanitary sewer, water, gas and storm management. Check the cost involved in gaining access to these utilities as well as any development impact fees
  • Manage field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance
  • Coordinate contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers
  • Develop and report on detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with development goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Serve as the on-location point of contact for all project-related communications with contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Resolve project-related issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum high school diploma; prefer an associate’s degree or higher in construction management or a related field
  • Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position
  • Minimum of 5 Years experience in Colorado land development
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check

PAY RANGE: Base salary range is between $100,000 - $130,000. This position is bonus eligible.

BENEFITS: Eligible for benefits in accordance with current company policies.
