Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead manufacturing test development projects, including test software, hardware, and integration. The TPM will support data center manufacturing test projects, liaising with customer teams, suppliers, and engineers to maximize support.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage data center test infrastructure projects from planning to deployment for NPI manufacturing.
  • Oversee test strategy, schedule, budget, risk management, procurement, logistics, and integration, ensuring alignment with program schedules.
  • Coordinate supplier selection for test fixture components and JDM solutions.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contract manufacturers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Maintain and co-author technical documentation, including test plans, processes, and requirements.
  • Evaluate technological strategies based on stakeholder needs and test implications.
  • Support sales initiatives by showcasing engineering capabilities and industry standards.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in project management within high-visibility, strategic areas, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing test industries with various testing approaches.
  • Proficiency in managing suppliers and partners.
  • Understanding of SDLC and testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing test design experience.
  • Experience working across cultures and time zones.

Additional Skills:

  • Customer-facing communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Ability to manage change and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
  • Flexible schedule supporting Pacific and East Asia time zones.
