Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead and manage land development and infrastructure projects nationwide. This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Denver, CO area.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects, including land/site development, roads, water supply, sewer collection, and drainage systems.
Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, specifications, drawings, and reports.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, regulators, and public agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, quality, and performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, managing changes and conflicts as needed.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design drawings and provide technical support to field staff.
Lead and mentor a project team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Continuously improve engineering processes, methods, and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably licensed in Colorado.
Minimum of 5+years of experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably within land development.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and other engineering software.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
