Job summary

LJA Land Development in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Project Manager to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate engineering projects with significant impact on major programs. You will lead a team of engineers and CAD professionals to deliver plans and reports for residential and commercial developments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and consultants, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex scopes. Experience in land development and licensure as a P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
• 7+ years of land development experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct a large and important engineering project or several smaller projects with many complex features.
• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans, exhibits, reports, tables, etc.
• Analyze project scope, client’s RFP and firm’s proposal; organize work and procedures.
• Use advanced techniques and practices in a specialized engineering field and related sciences.
• Interact with the Client and other consultants with excellent communication skills.
