Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
• 7+ years of land development experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct major engineering projects with complex features.
• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans and reports.
• Analyze project scope, RFPs and proposals; organize project workflows.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques and practices in a specialized field.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and other consultants.
