Overview

A fast growing real estate development company is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead residential and commercial projects from planning through construction. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with strong technical expertise and project management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of land development projects
• Manage consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Oversee permitting, utility design, grading, and drainage plans
• Review and approve civil engineering plans and documentation
• Communicate project goals, progress, and risks to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal development regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong knowledge of permitting, municipal requirements, and design standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred
