Job summary

EverHire, on behalf of a well-established civil engineering and land development firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects from entitlements through construction in Texas.

The role requires managing end-to-end development, serving as the primary client contact, mentoring engineers, and coordinating with municipalities and utilities across Texas. A Texas PE license or reciprocity is required, with strong Civil 3D skills and proven PM experience.

Qualifications

• PE license (Texas license or reciprocity) required.
• 8+ years of land development experience (residential/commercial/mixed-use).
• Strong knowledge of Texas permitting processes (water management districts, county/municipal review).
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Proven project management and client-facing experience.

Our client, a well established civil engineering and land development firm with a strong presence across Texas, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects from entitlements through construction.

What you'll do

• Manage land development projects end to end: due diligence, permitting, design, and construction administration
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead a team of engineers and designers
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies across Texas jurisdictions
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development with existing and new clients

What you'll need

• Must Have a PE license (Texas license or ability to obtain reciprocity)
• 8+ years of land development experience, ideally including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of Texas permitting processes (water management districts, county/municipal review)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• Proven project management and client-facing experience
