Job summary

gpac seeks an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. This role leads projects, manages internal teams, and serves as a trusted partner to clients, with a clear path to partnership within a collaborative consulting environment.

You will oversee design disciplines, mentor staff, develop proposals, and guide business development while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • PE license required
  • 5-10+ years of land development / civil engineering experience
  • Experience managing projects, teams and client relationships
  • Strong site design knowledge: grading, drainage, utilities
  • Budgeting, proposals and project financials
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion

  • Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.)

Qualifications
