Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join our Land Development team as a Project Manager. This role offers long-term growth, leadership visibility, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consulting environment.

You will lead land development projects, manage budgets and schedules, serve as the primary client contact, and coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams.

Qualifications

  • PE license required.
  • 5-10+ years land development/civil engineering experience.
  • Proven project and team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities.
  • Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
